Spells per Day: A Wretched continues his previous growth as a spellcaster. Thus, when level 1, 3, or 5 as a Wretched is gained, the character gains new spells per day as if he had also gained a level in whatever spellcasting class he belonged to before he added the prestige class. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If a character had more than one spellcasting class before he became an Wretched, he must decide to which class he applies each odd level of Wretched for purposes of determining spells per day.

Spell-Like Abilities: At levels 1, 3, and 5, the Wretched gains the spell-like abilities listed in the chart above, as cast by a 5th level wizard.

Immunity to Disease: At 5th level, the Wretched becomes immune to all mundane and magical diseases. This is a supernatural ability.

New Spells: These new spells are made available to a number of a character's other spellcasting classes upon reaching the required levels as a Wretched.
